Abstract

Lan honek antifrajilitatea aztertzen du sareetan, hau da, sistema batek kanpoko estres-faktoreen eraginpean hobetzeko duen gaitasuna, sendotasunetik haratago doan propietatea. Hyobin Kim, Omar K. Pineda eta Carlos Gershenson ikerlariek proposatutako antifrajilitatearen neurria lantzeaz gain, neurri berri bat proposatzen da. Antifrajilitatea Geneen Erregulazioko Sareen portaera azaltzen duten Ausazko Sare Boolearretarako aztertzen da, bai eta literaturatik hartutako sistema biologikoetarako ere. Geneen arteko elkarrekintzak (geruza bakarra) eta zelulen artekoak (geruza anitza) lantzen dira, ikuspegi orokorrago eta errealago bat garatuz, eta erakartzaileen analisia eginez. Helburu nagusietako bat sistema biologikoen dinamika ulertzea da, ingurumeneko baldintzen araberako tratamendu-estrategia berriak garatzeko bidea irekiz, hala nola minbiziari edo HIESari aurre egiteko. Kode guztia Python lengoaian garatu da.
